on intel -i7 and Windows 10 / 1500mb Video

on Manual Settings:

-FrameRateMax<20> -OpaqueBlackLevel3 -Pal16 -CorrectRatioTextures -TextureVideoMem268435456 -NoCpuDetect

NO CPU DETECT & FRAMERATEMAX<20> - makes the frame like the original [ pentium II ] game ,not too fast ,just like it is!

~

You may add this -ijklmnop in (manual setting command line) for in game FPS - frame per secound meter
FPS vision in game is with Keys: CTRL+F1 on/in RACE begin..

~

FOR BEST RESULT i.e.. - noCPUdetect & FrameRate the FPS is 60 (like on Pentium II with MMX)

Without -FrameRateMax<20> the fps is ~ 120

IN ORIGINAL CONFIG the FPS is around 192 ~ 300 [very fast for the original game]

The original Moto Racer was locked at 30 FPS by default, no need to set it to 20 FPS manually.

Your command line is wrong also. You don't have to write the "<>" characters. I don't know if the game even registers your wrong command line.

The gameplay speed is not affected by FPS at all. The game doesn't run to fast with higher FPS. It plays at exaclty the same speed with 30, 60 or even 120 FPS
