I got this game recently and the level keeps on loading in front of me, I ask is there a way to reduce the pop in or get rid of it entirely. Thanks for any help in this matter.

No. I believe it is intentional. The game was made for the ps1 as well as pc. It has a lot of pop in so the ps1 could keep up with it and run at a high framerate.
