I just got the dealer edition and wanted to know where you get the extra copy the store page says you should get is located.

Go in your Games page of GOG, search for the game.
Click on it, then More actions then Serial numbers.
Copy the redeeming link and paste it to your friend.

Just got Dealer's Edition. Can't find Serial numbers option in More actions menu.

Does the serial give you only the game or another dealer edition with it's bonuses and no more code for mother russia bleeds?
Since i bought the dealer edition and don't know if it's only the game in the serial without the bonuses.
