Latest patch broke keyboard controls for me but the fix is actually easy. It turns out the latest patches for DOS MK1, MK2 and MK3 attached a mapperfile=mapper.txt in the .conf file. If you remove this line, then it should be working again.

Also it seems on MK3 someone changed the resolution so it is hard coded to be 1080?

I am expecting it should be

fullresolution=desktop
windowresolution=original

Not

fullresolution=1920x1080
windowresolution=1920x1080

So for those that also having display problems after the patch, change the values to what I expect and you are good with that too.
