- Can't use the d-pad at all. Have to use the left stick for movement.
- The RUN is mapped to the VIEW and MENU buttons (aka the "start" and "select"). This wouldn't be a problem if I could map the function to the triggers (the default PlayStation config, for example, used L2 and R2), but the game doesn't even see the triggers (the Gamepad setup screen only features the face and shoulder buttons).
- START and SELECT are mapped to the stick click (aka the "L3" and "R3"). This one is funny because it makes the stage select code a bit cumbersome, but luckily you can remap those just fine.
Anyone else experiencing something similar? Being able to use the d-pad and the shoulder triggers would make for a smoother experience.

I was expecting the game to not ready certain inputs on my Qanba Crystal but it read everything and I could set my buttons well. I usually expect to have use a 3rd party program to properly set everything but not this time.

Anyone using the 8bitdo fight stick on mk trilogy? I can't seem to make it work but my Xbox controller works out the box. I have the fight stick set to x input and d pad/joystick but still doesn't pick anything up. buttons don't work either.

Using a generic PS3 style gamepad. The dpad is not recognized and neither are the trigger buttons. By default the gamepad has a weird mapping, but the config tool works well enough to remap it.

Can anyone else confirm that the intros can't be skipped? Perhaps there is a way?

Works great on Linux via Lutris. Such a good game!
Can't skip intros, but there is Kommunity Patch. I would love to know if there is a way to speed up the continue process after being constantly slaughtered on medium difficulty (=
