This is just something I noticed, upon purchasing the game and playing some of it today. It runs like a charm, smoother than any of the original arcade ports, but the graphics don't seem to be as sharp. My computer's fairly old, but it still has all the requirements to run the game without any issues. Is this just my own memory, or has Trilogy always looked less detailed than Ultimate MK3?

Probably because MK 1-2-3 are direct arcade port (with arcade graphic quality) while MK Trilogy only been realsed on home consoles and PC-Dos (the psx MK Trilogy version, for sure isn't as sharp as the UMK 3 arcade port )

(Sorry for my english as it is not my native language)

MK Trilogy was made for consoles and PC, not for arcade.
Hence MK trilogy uses assets from the MK3 console ports which had less details than UMK3.
