For MK4 - Does anyone else find that FINISH HIM/HER the enemy is almost always laying down making any fatality not possible?

That's because the games come with an option enable by default that makes impossible to make fatality.

Press F2, go to "Game Play" on Fatality style choose "Arcade Style" and restart the game.
