So, I am not sure which version I should install. Also, what setting in dosBOX are best for clearest graphics and such... also cycle counts and such.
I have an LG 2560x1440 at 165Hz via NVIDIA RTX 2070. WIndowed gaming seems best for me, but any suggestions are appreciated.

The CD version includes voice acting for npcs. Whether you want that or not is your call. It also removes the copy protection questions when leaving town, which is nice. It will ask you to swap discs when going between worlds - achieved with a simple keyboard combo. I don't believe there are any gameplay differences.
