These guys in the tents have got me trying to relearn the algebra I haven't used since I had to relearn it in college! I want Might & Magic not Mathblaster!

Eh, its just an easy maths puzzle that gives you tons of XP. The good thing about those in the M&M series is that you can always look up the solution online if you want to skip the maths.

At this point I don't even know. I went to a two year college and had to relearn a lot of stuff in mathematics that I had forgot since high school, just to be on par with the average student. On a day to day basis I pretty much only use addition and subtraction and mosty subtraction when it comes to my finances. This type of stuff leaves my head within weeks of not using it.

Ah, gotcha.

For most riddles in Terra and Xeen there's an in-game way to get the solution.

This is especially helpful for the one instance (that I am aware of) where the answer the game considers to be correct is wrong!

(Hint: "beggers" is not spelled with an 'a'.)
