Greetings, all!

I was awake far longer than I initially intended yesterday looking for the NPC who offered Priest promotions.in Deyja Moors. That NPC wasn't in his usual spot (northwest Deyja), which frustrated me since I was eager to get our party Cleric promoted. (We have the Evermorn Isle map.)

Thus, where to find the Priest promoter? Also, where to find the Sorcerer to Wizard Promoter, assuming it changed?

You can find it on Emerald Isle where you first met Lord Markham. The priest promotion quest is there. The Wizard promotion quest is in the usual spot, school of sorcery in Bracada.
