Hi everybody,
Is there anything special you should do with the memory crystals before placing them in there shrines at the oracle? No matter how many times I click the "altars", the things don't get placed on them.
I have all four of them, I got the quest and yet it doesn't do anything. I have tested it with both an unpatched version and a version with the patch (i.e. the fan patch in the sticky).
Any help is appreciated.

According to this walkthrough, you don't need to do anything special.
But similar problem was in MaM7, IIRC (you had to use 3 keys on 3 keyholes). That problem was solved either by clicking on the place where it should go, or by using spacebar while facing the keyholes.

ok, problem solved (after like four hours of messing around, it happens when I ask a question on the forums offcourse :p)
make sure your characters are FULLY TRAINED! if you can level the altars won't accept it.

I too was stuck not being able to place the Memory Crystals into the alters. The solution for me was to 'power on' the dungeon first. You can find the on / off switch next to the door you entered through. I must have turned it off by accident at some point.
