Are there any storage options in MM6 besides on ones person? I want to store a bunch of potions and resist gear but haven't been able to find a place to park the stuff. Thanks for any help.
As far as I know, there's no place safe to store stuff.
I think you micro manage too much, if you don't have enough space.

Just sell the worst one and keep the best.

Hire a merchant to help sell your product early on, but that depend on how you play the game. I personally, at the very start, hires a merchant and town portal, and totally use the horse shoe to raise these skill fast. Like it or not, great merchant skills and lots of money are the key to powerfull weapon, armour and spell. And also cool artifact.

So instead pf being a "basher party", I use the "stable mission trick" early on and become a merchant. Buy item, cast enchant item, sell it back. And sell whatever I don't like. Buy for keep the awesome ones (stores are quite random the time you town portal there. Items that gives +10 stat (single or multiple of +5 +5) is good for keep. If you enchant one, keep it too.

Enchant weapons too.

The reason for this is that unlike, say, games like Uukrul or Ultima (where you need to be at certain level to use certain weapon) MM6 does not limit this.

So nobody is stopping you from wearing a cool armour that also add +10 to defense, and sword that not only +6 for normal attack, but also have magic attack enchanted, and this is for your first few beginners mission.
Goblin Watch is the only place that never respawns. You can store your stuff in the chest lockers in the basement :)
