So, I went to get Light Mastery on Eel Infested Islands but the trainer is not where she is supposed to be? I looked in the house behind the inn and it's empty.

A bug? Or she is not available until a certain time?

if i remember correctly i also fucked up on this and there are 2 inns on the island and you are searching for her from the wrong one.

You are right! I checked and the trainer is in the inn on the smaller island.
