I recently started playing MM6 again, and ran into a problem that makes me immediatly close the game down again. It starts in fullscreen mode, but sized down with a huge black are around it, which looks awful as hell. Does anyone know what to do about it?

EDIT: This holds true for any of the titles from 6-8. I run Windows 7 Home Premium with a x64 machine.

What graphics card are you using?

In your control panel you should have the option of setting the scaling. Make sure it's Aspect Ratio (of Full screen if you prefer a stretched image).

Attached is how it looks for NVIDIA.

My netbook uses Intel(R) HD Graphics. It is an older machine by Fujitsu. I'll try to play around with it and report back.

In Control Panel, you should see Intel Graphics and Media.

Or right click, click "Resolution, then "Advanced Settings", find the "Intel Graphics..." tab and click "Graphics Options"

Then, you should find it under Display.

Thanks for the reply! The option was already checked, so I changed my desktop resolution down and it looks much better now. :) +rep of course!
