If i an a "master" of DM at lv 20, can i kill any creature with 100% success(since each level give 5% OHK change)? There are creatures who resist this spell?
In MM6, you don't have to choose between Light or Dark. Both are accessible to any class that can learn them. You only get one copy of each of the final spells (Divine Intervention, Dark Containment), but that's not quite the same problem.
I believe Finger of Death is of the "Magic" element, and so will be resisted by anything that resists Magic damage. Magic damage is a specific kind of damage, similar to how Fire and Cold damage are specific kinds of damage.
