So i recently brought might and magic 8 and installed it and tried to play, but it crashes.
When starting the game it starts like normally, but then there only an grey screen.
i have tried unoffical patches, compability and administrator, but it doesnt want to run
any advice? and also i have windows vista

I know that with Vista, not installing with User Account Control enabled leads to program issues. If you did not install the game with UAC disabled, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling with UAC off.

i dont know what it was. but now it runs nicely when using unoffical patch and different exe file
