Never have played this game but heard its the worst Might and Magic spin off.........and i've played warriors and Dark Messiah *actually liked that one*. Is it worth it just for curiosity and completeness sake?
IMHO not worth it. Dark Messiah is way better game. This is mediocre at best.
Even at 50% off, I'd not buy Crusaders. I know an acquaintance that was VERY disappointed with the game.
Crusaders, unlike all the other original MM games, was not developed by NWC. The game is just a bad game, the fact that 3DO slapped the Might and Magic title to it made it even worse in my eyes. I bought this game when it originally came out, I was in the middle of height of my MM fixation at the time so I bought anything with the MM title on it. I can't even express how disappointed I was. It is a third person action game with rpg elements, very vague rpg elements if you ask me. The game is more linear than most shooters, you are following a line all the time. I would suggest anyone to stay as far away from this game as possible. I wouldn't even suggest it if it was free.

Now this is all just my personal opinion. But never before have I felt more like I was wasting my time than with this game. Sorry to sound to negative, but there just is not anything good about this game in my opinion.

I agree. It's not worth your time, especially with so many other great games here.

I can overlook a lot of things, but CoMM has none of the spirit of the MM franchise. It's a soulless, empty game produced with minimal effort.
Isn't it just a console platformer type game ported to the computer?

My mummy had this one years ago for PC. I played it for like 4 minutes, never to play it again. I believe, like with the other older might and magic games, you could play the CD in a CD player(unless they were mp3's or something, I forget), so I did that to listen to the music, because I love the music in Might and Magic games. I remember them recycling the music from the older ones, and that was it... I never played or looked at this game again.

If a friend asked me, I would not recommend it.
No, good God no, you will die a little inside for every minute you play, especially if you're a fan of the other M&M's.
I paid money for Crusaders back in the day. I played it and I just didn't like it. There *are* really good spots, but it was mostly just a pain in the butt.

If Warriors of Might and Magic ever comes out here, I'd recommend that one for maybe half off day of $5.99. But unless Crusaders was tacked on as a freebie, I'd just leave it alone.

As said above, Dark Messiah is awesome.
