I`ve pressed all switches in correct order, talked to leader, wathed the cutscene and... EVERYTHING STILL FLOODED. Why this???? What i need to do???

I seem to recall having this issue. You may need to advance the main quest first, to the point where you are supposed to recruit allies. After you've gotten that far, check the town again and see if it has come to life.

Thanks. Apparently, i need to kick someone from my part, then pick a specific character that i've recruited in desert to talk to a NPC only after this, i've able to proceed in the game...

Yeah, that sounds about right. If you've already recruited the desert character, then it will be a simple trip from Ravenshore to Alvar, then back again to restore your desired party make-up. If not, then do the quest before kicking and recruiting.

Either way, you should then be able to officially save the minotaurs.
