i move my camera, stutter occassionally. i lock fps to 30, 60, 72, 90, 120, vsync off and on, driver and ingame, nothing fixes it. i think i cant get immersed because of this at all. has to be my system, so beware if you run this:

1440p 144hz freesync monitor
VEGA56
Ryzen 5800X3D (Overkill CPU for the GPU, so im not cpu bottlenecked despite this having dx9 overhead for amd cards)
I installed community patch as well, no fix for this framepacing issue.

all i require from a game like this is a smooth mouse input and a solid 60 on overkill hardware. and it let me down. maybe it is an AMD gpu issue?
