im not the nly one with a really good computer and having really bad perfemance, on the steam forums the creator of the game has knowledge of the problem and he says "hes working on an update" but how does updates works here on gog? on steam we have automatic patches, do we have to re download the whole game on every update?

You will receive update notifications. It will direct you to My Account and the game. The latest patch will be one of the downloads. It will be an installer like the original game. Enjoy.
thanks :D now to wait for the patch, i can play without problems with everything on low and 860 resolution, apparently the game works with dx9 and have problems with dx10 or 11, so if anyone have problems like me, just wait a little :D
Yeah, I tried it last night. Performance was not exactly stellar. I shall wait for the patch so I can play it properly.

Another interesting bug happens if you change resolutions when a game is underway. You'll have a permanent mouselook rotation added, up-left if changing to a higher res, down-right if changing to a lower res. I'm assuming the center-screen coordinates of the mouse are not updated to reflect the changed resolution.
^ If you tab out to your desktop and tab back in, you stop the rotation
