While I would like to go on record by saying my Laptop is not all that awesome I was thinking it would run this game at its lowest settings but alas it tanks.

Does anyone know of any sort of Performance tweaks and such that could potentially raise performance above the normal options like eliminating shadows?

My System:

Core 2 Duo T8300 @ 2.4GHz
4GB DDR2 800
Nvidia 8600m GS 512MB Dedicated
500GB WD Scorpio Black

Normally I get away with games by just reducing the resolution and all is fine but this game it doesn't seem to help making me wonder if it performs playability even on a 8600GT as it states as the minimum.

Maybe the devs plan another patch? if so I hope to see more graphics configuration settings

This is probably one of the most poorly optimised games I've ever seen. I've tried running it in 1024*766 (the native resolution of my monitor is 1920*1080!) with all settings down to the minimum and it doesn't change one single thing about it being a slug-fest.

Does anyone know if i will be able to run it smooth at 720p at least ?

I can run Resident Evil in 1366x768 with High Setting without any problem for example...

Your configuration don't really matter when it comes to that kind of game. You could have the most powerful machine on earth, it ain't gonna work.
I deeply regret buying this, so don't bother, seriously.
