Hi,
after 4 Month, i want to continue my Game.
Metro 2033 Redux.
in gog i see, stuff that i finished.
time 16 hours played.

but, when i start the Game (click in gog galaxy Launcher on the Game, the Ingame, i can only start a new Game.

Thanks, if anyone can help me, and i can get my Savegame back.

In the Settings, Cloud Save was enabled...

Edit: what i have done now:
in gog click on Synchro Integrate (left side above)
+ close gog, start gog again
+ click on Repair metro 2033, then close gog, start gog new

Result: my Savegame is not there and ingame not possible to continue the Game

any Chance, to get back that Savegame? in the gog menue it says 16 hours played, so the gog system did not forget the save, i think.

The hours played count is totally different metrics that gets evaluated in parallel.

The only people who can help you is the support team, so send a ticket to them.
Maybe there are backups anywhere on the servers or you could ask why there are no saves in the cloud in the first place.

Metro 2033 Redux does not appear to support cloud saves.
now, i send a Ticket to the Support.
