Since Metro Exodus updated to EE I can't stay in game more than 5 minutes. It crashes to desktop out of blue.

It just CTD randomly, i.e it crashes at one point I load again, sometimes crashes right away (before that point), sometimes I can pass that point but crash will come in next 3-5 minutes. No rules, except it will crash for sure in short period of time. To reproduce it all i need is load game, and CTD will happened.
To give you bigger picture, in about 20 tries I managed to get to train, it happens so often.

I finished one playtrough about month before EE went out, all on max settings with RT and all was working as intended. I have had maybe 2 or 3 crashes from start to end. Did not play DLC because I was waiting for DLSS 2.0 and now game is unplayable. Nothing is changed in my system, it all started after update.

X570 Aorus Master
5900X
Aorus Xtreme RTX 3080
2x8 GB Crucial Ballistix 3600 CL16
Playing @ 1440p 144Hz

My system is all up to date, all drivers, Win etc. My temps are good, whole system is perfect condition, so it is game.
Tried to change from DP to HDMI, same problem. I could write whole essay what I tried, believe me. I am not new to computers, and this is only game that crashes. Only thing I did not try is to reinstall game, because I have slow internet and that would last forever. Also I am not sure that this will help at all.

I don't know what to do anymore so I hope someone here can help me.

One more thing, whenever I try to repair game in GOG launcher, every time it download 111MB of files. If I try again without even loading game it will download 111MB again, I can check forever and every time it will download 111MB. No matter if I start game and crash or just repeat repair without even loading game.

Maybe someone know is some settings is known for making problems or something.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
