Is it possible to announce in advance when a game come to GoG?

I took Metro exodus on Steam thinking it would take several months/years before seeing it land on GoG, having finished the game I can not ask for a refund and therefore will not buy it on GoG.

While I would like to support this great platform as much as possible.
No, it is not really possible, sadly, or it could be possible a very short time before, like hours or or a day or two.

Why is it not possible? are you just blindly defending for the heck of it? Do you even know how business works? nothing happens SUDDENLY in business, everything is planned and then released. You don't know what you are talking about so please stop. This is most aggravating.. They did it for THE SURGE 2....

This is the part about GOG that's starting to piss me the hell off. i waited and waited for this game to COME TO GOG and its a year and a half, so i figured it ain't coming till they do a REDUX version like before or something. Then 1 week later here it is on GOG. This is EXTREMELY annoying. We shouldn't have to buy a damn game twice JUST TO OWN IT. I only use steam for things that i know won't come to GOG anytime soon and when it comes to GoG i end up buying the same bloody game again. I don't understand why they can't just let us know when the bloody games are coming the did it For THE SURGE 2, and then it came a fool 3 weeks earlier but at least they let us know. This is absolute B.S and no reaosn why they can't just tell us when games are coming. Do they even check these bloody POSTs?

I stop supporting Steam or any other store fronts that use DRM for the pass 2 years, I do not even own Epic account

I try to buy a maximum on GoG but I admit that waiting several years without being absolutely certain that this or that game will arrive on the platform is quite frustrating.
Fortunately Cyberpunk 2077 and the upcoming CDPR games are the games I expect the most.

Because is the publisher the one that makes these decisions, not GOG. Some of them allow GOG to announce it earlier, others don't. Also, do you think GOG didn't want this game from day 1?
No one is forcing you to buy the game twice, that's on you, as you are the one who assumed it was not coming and you are the one that ran out of patience.
If you want to get mad at least get mad at the pubisher, they are the one's that decided to realese the game this way. And again, you are the one who ran out of patience and made assumptions without any evidence. Have a nice day.
