If you're talking IRL i have no idea lol, but for Japan, PC is not as big as consoles.
No, this rerelease. Yeah, sadly I know that the PC market is very small in japan, but was particularly curious about this one.

AmethystViper: All the promotion I've seen only mentioned Steam and not GOG at all for the XD remaster, which is surprising since around the time the game was announced, a GOG store page for this game showed up at some point shortly after Steam did. Not even the websites, both English and Japanese versions, ever mentioned a GOG version.
Exactly! It's been over a year since the game announcement on GOG, but the japanese homepage never mentioned GOG in the first place.
