As title states, if you dont want to lose your legally purchased games like i have this week BACKUP guys, Considering Both MGS 1 AND 2 games have COMPLETELY disappeared from my account and my order history apparently..So I NOW have no way to download again 2 games which i OFFICIALLY AND LEGITIMATELY Purchased and own (From GOG official website too)

Luckily i have a Receipt of my purchase from GOG and have an open ticket so i expect to get them back asap.

But if it has happened to me, Then It can happen to anyone.

And for the non-believers in my original post whose responses were to comment with one of the following Pro GOG propaganda..

1, It has not Happened
2, I must have purchased it from a dodgy website
3, I must have purchased it on another account
4, GOG would NEVER do this to anyone

I say this...

1, It HAS happened
2, I purchased it from GOGs own website, and have a receipt to prove it
3, It was purchased from my ONE and ONLY account
4, GOG HAVE done this to me, Just because it has not happened to all the others, Does NOT mean it WONT!

And if and when it finally does happen to a Non-Believer be sure to let me know again how 'GOG would NEVER do this!!!' to anyone..

I won't deny that that happened to you, but I doubt it was intentional on GOG's part.

I own many games that GOG has delisted at one point or another (the Interplay versions of Fallout 1/2Tactics, the Descent series, Warsow, non-remastered versions of various games), but never have they been removed from my library.

I have heard in rare occasions that GOG's servers have had a hiccup and people lose a game or two, but GOG's usually been pretty fast about adding them back to their libraries once alerted to the issue.

Just answering you to add it happened to me too, I owned MGS 2 Substance and now it's gone.

Paid it on GoG, even played it a bit on my old PC, but now I can't see it anymore in my library and all receipts I had are gone on my account..

Hi, Sorry to hear that mate, i got in touch with GOG support and to be fair, they did sort it out quite quickly for me, hope you have the same outcome.
