Anyone else getting this ? It seems to happen around the time you get to the red light district.

One of the cutscenes was completely in spanish for some reason, and the announcer in the area is also speaking in spanish - while NPCs still speak english as expected.

Looks like some spanish files are messed up. You should try to download such files from somewhere on the web and replace the gog's ones. See if that helps.
