Yes it is - there are Swastikas and propaganda posters and you really fight against the Third Reich here. ;)
The only thing I'm not entierly sure: The soldiers in the mission, where you enter the Uboat-complex should greet you with the "Hitlergruss", there seems to be something minimally different (the soldiers don't stretch the arm completely and don't clap the legs together, however, they still say "Sieg Heil") - if you want to restore this little detail, please consult this thread

I was looking for this file from many days.

Be sure to also download the .rar of sound files in Madmate's post, too, because for some reason the GOG release randomly deleted several essential voice clips from the game.
