I had some trouble getting this to work recently so I wanted to make a post showing what I did.

1. Launch the game
2. Exit the game
3. Go to c:\users\(username)\Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor Pacific Assault(tm)\newconfig.cfg
4. this is mine

AS you can see I set 4k resolution and extended the FOV.

set r_screenheight "2160"
set r_screenwidth "3840"
set r_first_person_fov_x "120"
set r_first_person_fov_y "100"
I tried this and the game won't launch. Also, my .cfg file didn't have an option to adjust FOV, so I added those lines and it still didn't work.
Thanks!

Works like a charm!

Just copy paste the stuff below the Graphics card stuff (which should beyour own unique to your PC) and replace all text in the CFG.

Change resolution to what you want (I chose 1080p) and the FOV to what you want (I chose 90).
