Hello, for all of you asking about the MOHAA expansions crashes or errors, here is a quick fix that work for me:

I'm using Windows 10 and Intel HD graphics

First search and download OpenGl32.dll put opengl32.dll on your main installation folder.
(sorry, GOG doesn't let me put URL links)

Search download and install DirectX June 2010 SDK
(sorry, GOG doesn't let me put URL links)

Run Medal of Honor - Breakthrough as administrator

That's it!

Optional: If you want to run Full HD go to your installation folder/maintt/configs and edit unnamedsoldier.cfg (make a backup of that file first) and add this lines below Cvars //

seta r_customheight "1080"
seta r_customwidth "1920"
seta r_mode "-1"
seta ui_console "1"
seta developer "0"

Save a new file to the desktop and then copy/paste and replace the original unnamedsoldier.cfg
Do the same for Spearhead using mainta/configs
This let me play Medal of Honor Breakthrough and Spearhead in full HD. I have some glitches on the menu but works. Remember always run as admin the games.
