Last month, the HaZardModding Co-Op Mod for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault was released. Because it makes heavy use of scripts, it is run through the Breakthrough expansion pack despite currently only having vanilla Allied Assault missions, but proper Breakthrough missions are being done next and Spearhead being done last.

Hope to see you guys have fun with this!
Version 1.5.0 is out, mostly containing fixes and a few new features. Still only vanilla MoH:AA missions are available.

This is truly an unexpected but welcome surprise.
Version 1.51 is out, containing some more bug fixes, including a game-breaking one in mission 6.

Unless more game-breaking issues are discovered, this is the last planned update before the first Breakthrough missions are supported.

I am just curious.

can you elaborate as to what makes this any different or better than say this: https://www.moddb.com/mods/medal-of-honor-cooperative-gameplay ?

Cause I use the 1 I linked to and it works perfectly fine for me personally.

Sorry, didn't see your reply until now.

The one by HaZardModding is done from scratch using previous knowledge from the Star Trek Elite Force II co-op mod (which uses the same engine and scripting system in its core), and is more stable.

There's a FAQ on its Discord, which says the following:

---

HaZardModding Coop Mod has:
- working friendly and enemy AI
- working cutscences
- things that did not work in multiplayer are replaced with a working version, and not just deactivated
- not that console spam and frame drop
- all the global scripts are adjusted to work in coop
- we have coop files that contain most of the code, so that it can be reused with ease on other/new maps
- briefings are working
- player spawn stuck prevention, re-spawn in place manager, spectator manager, item manager and many other comfy things. So that you can enjoy a immersive classical Shooter Coop experience!
- Custom Resolution option in the Video Options Menu
It is not yet complete, we currently have only AA levels working, BT is being worked on.

does it work with Medal of Honor Revival Edition?

I bought GOG version but was a pain to make it work.

Unofficial / pirated releases are not tested nor supported. All development is made on the GOG version.
Version 2.00 has just come out, featuring 3 Breakthrough levels and improved AI, among else: https://www.moddb.com/mods/hazardmodding-mohaa/downloads/mohaa-hazardmodding-coop-mod-200
Version 2.02 is up: https://www.moddb.com/mods/hazardmodding-mohaa/downloads/mohaa-hazardmodding-coop-mod-202

I was gunna say I did a search of the revival edition and yeah super sketch. it obviously is a pirated/illegal version of the game

tho the revival company could potentially stop handing out the main game data and only provide the patched data files and it wouldnt be so illegal.
