Hello, having an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, I encountered a problem mentioned on the pcgamingwiki page for the game. The solution they gave (forcing vsync with the driver) didn't work for me.
So I tried caping the framerate with Riva Tuner to 60 and it works wonderfully !
It also solves other speed glitches, like the menu responding much too fast to the keyboard, gameplay would likely have been equally too fast but I couldn't reach this point before.

Edit : Riva Tuner states that it's generally better to deactivate vsync for the caping to work, so I did.

I've copied a solution on the steam forums that has worked for me:


In Radeon Settings, choose "Gaming" and click on "+ add".

go to [mdk2 directory] and select "mdk2Main.exe".

In Radeon Settings, click on "mdk2Main" and choose "wait for vertical refresh" and select "Always ON".

Yes that's what I did but no success. I guess it depends on system specifics.
