everyone that watched Sponny's review of Ultima VIII he mentioned MOO3 as the most dissapointing game sequel of all time.so do you think that he will review it?

Well, right now he seems to be busy with the Ultima IX review. Maybe later, but I don't think MOO3 is a good game for Spoony to review. It was a very disappointing game, but that's mostly because of the mechanics and showing how bad they are in a 30 minute video in a funny and entertaining way is going to be very difficult. Besides, everbody hates MOO3 so he can't even annoy and parody fanboys the way he does with the Ultima and Final Fantasy reviews :)
