I had held off buying Moo2 because I already had it elsewhere. I finally caved and bought Moo2 at Good Old Games. I started the game for the first time and I know it was worth it right away. The game started smoother, the music plays flawlessly and I swear the graphics look cleaner and sharper.

I don't know how these guys (and gals?) do it but the games are always better at GoG.

(the last batch of games was the Fallout series. Same result. They are better at GoG)

Shameless plug and great job!
Funny because I am having problems with the sound on MOO2

It will play fine for awhile then, sometimes, at the moment of a dramatic screen change it will stall momentarily and then start splutering as though it is picking up wind interference. I have to restart the game to get rid of the problem.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know.

Some people are complaining about sound skipping on MoO2. While others didn't find these settings helpful, some did:

They're just better at making custom DOSBox configurations than you. Worth the price in my opinion. Some games require a lot more work to make run though.
