The game starts in fullscreen mode, but it's a buggy-looking green image and I can see the mouse cursor flickering about. If I Alt + Tab out, the small screen is normal, but going back into fullscreen still turns green. Does anyone have experience with this? I couldn't find an answer in the forums.

This could be the palette glitch for older games on modern Windows. If it is, one workaround is to stop the explorer.exe task before you start the game.

- Launch the task manager (Ctrl Shift Escape) and end the process explorer.exe
- Now launch the game
- After playing launch the task manager again and select File=>New Task and type explorer.exe

I had the same problem after updating the driver on video card and
I change the graphics mode on my video card from nvida to run as integrated and it work fine.
