For those annoying times when you get a system or planet that would or should be good but for some damn reason is just not.

For example:

Tiny Tundra, Low G, Poor....ARTIFACTS!!! - would be so good if only planet was bigger :(

The system also had the following planets

Small Terran, Low G, Poor
Med Barren, Low G, Ultra Poor
Med Toxic Poor

It hurts so much to see planets like this in a game ESPECIALLY when I have the settings set to Mineral Rich Galaxy and my race is Tolerant lol.

EDIT NOTE Huh somethings up post is odd and tries to hide for some reason.

Your race is affecting the generation of map. If game think your race is good, it tends to give you worse sector around (note, not when your race is good, when game think its good).
Actually the only true problem with systems in vanilla moo2 (beside overall low quality of them, making the economic development of less valuable strategy there) is empty stars, where its impossible to drop outpost. Every one system beside them is potentially useful.

Actually I agree with this one. I have had a system with the max of 5 possible planets, all being a mixture of Gas Giants and Asteroid Belts. What really sucks though is when you have Planet Construction, where you can make habitable planets from both, you cannot do this with Colony Ships therefore these potentially great star systems go to waste.
