Back when I played MOO2 years ago, there was a patch/mod available that got rid of the 10-point limit on negative racial characteristic picks, so you have put together some crazy combination of Creative, Telepathic, Transdimensional, and Omniscient, if you were willing to deal with the handicap of -12 points worth of negative racial characteristics.

Can anyone help me find a patch that does that now?
