Is there a solution i can try to get this bug away? and for the smart people with only one solution: I have tried to uninstal it and install it again. sevral times, even on different drivers, but the problem is still there.

Yup. I have the same problem on my XP desktop. The game just crashes randomly, rendering it unplayable. Works fine on my Vista notebook though.
Well, as it runs perfectly on my WinXP Pro SP3 I'm not sure what advice to give you. Only obvious one's that come to mind is redownload and reinstall (in case of corrupted installer or installation) and/or download and install the unofficial patch from it's official forum or from my site (downloads -> mom).

Just to ask a stupid question - You are running it in DosBox, right? If so, you shouldn't be seeing any XP error warnings at all and it should probably be reported on the DosBox forums.

Thanks. The unofficial patch solved the problem for me. It is a awsome game i do not regret buying (not that i regret buying anything from GOG.com)

Good to hear. I've uploaded the latest version (1.40h) of the patch to my site and updated the link in above post to the new official forum that now resides at Realms Beyond Forums.
The patch doesn't seem to fix it for me. The first crash I got was when entering a square that triggered a combat. That's when I found this forum thread and installed the patch (insecticide 1.40j). After continuing the game and trying to enter that same square, it still crashed every time. So I started a new game with a random wizard and race, and it crashed when entering the Game screen ("Game" button on the upper left of the main view). Restarted a few more times, and was able to successfully enter squares that caused battles, and saw the Game screen a couple times, but then it crashed again on the Game screen.

I am using just plain vanilla XP Pro SP3, and it seems to randomly crash, so I guess I won't be able to play :( Oh well, at least it didn't cost a lot of money...
I am encountering the same issue. Applied the patch, and the game still crashes when I enter a combat square.

How does one actually apply the patch after download? It's in the "My Downloads" file, what next? Please and thank you. :)

Copy the archive into your Master of Magic game folder, extract it using 7-zip and overwrite any existing files.
