Is there a means to modify the order in which the Grand Vizier will improve cities? I don't know if anyone uses this option - I don't, but I would if I could define the build order somehow. It would save a lot of late-game micromanaging.

Unfortunately, the answer appears to be no; there's nothing whatsoever about it in the official guide. So unless someone somewhere has developed a mod (which is highly unlikely, or it would've been mentioned around here already) you're stuck managing your own city production if you want to optimize your resources.

Well, what do you expect of a Grand Vizier, anyway? They are known for plotting and scheming to evilly destroy the ruler, after all...
Thanks, 2HS. I'm not surprised - very few games that allow an AI to manage one's cities allow one to build a default queue for the manager to follow. I can only think of one, and the name eludes me.

And yes pi4t, I suppose this behaviour is to make MoM more realistic...

I wish the answer were different, myself; the added frustration from having to micro-manage All The Cities is a big part of why MoM just misses the cut of being among my all-time favorite games.

"Knock knock."

"Who's there?"

"Jafar."

"Jafar who?"

"Jafar as I know, you're right. :p"

I think it's because they added on the "Grand" title to Vizier that makes them so stupid. I mean they didn't have to earn the title at all after all and that's what happens. I mean if they had to earn it perhaps they would appreciate it more lol.
