Is Mary Skelter: Nightmares a complete story or do I need to get Mary Skelter 2 and/or the third game (that is a nintendo switch exclusive) for the conclusion?

It is as complete as you might expect. Although there is room for sequels and prequels, there are no sequel-demanding loose ends. I think Mary Skelter 2 comes with its own copy of the first game at least partly because they made minor changes to the story in order to retcon the prequel into it. I haven't finished 2 yet, though, or even started replaying the version of 1 that it comes with, so I'm not sure.

No sequel-demanding loose ends, I understand, thank you for answering.
Nightmares is a standalone game. Mary Skelter 2 incudes a reboot version of Nightmares... The reason for that is because the second game is considered a prequel and for the true ending to unlock you need to beat the prequel and play through the reboot for it unlock. Yeah the continuity for this game is pretty iffy...

In other words. You do get the complete story, however as I mentioned earlier.. Nightmares is it's own entity. You can play this game and not have to worry about the lore in Mary Skelter 2... because it is told differently in those games. If that makes any sense
