What's the reason for the absolutely ridiculous pricing on Mafia II? It is "on sale" now but regularly costs 39,99€ ? The game came out 9 years ago.

I haven't bought games on GoG for some time, but I don't remember the site being so greedy. Is it license costs or are we financing a new sports car for the CEO here?

That depends on the publisher not gog... 2K set the price they want.

Not only that, but it also has a large portion of its soundtrack butchered. Because lincense, copyright and/or whatnot.
