Is this the NME version from Steam? It probably is, but I like to get it confirmed.

It is. Several audio tracks were removed. Verified it against the original files
Is there a way to restore the music in this game, like was done with Mafia 1?

Andrey, are there any cutscenes with music removed that can't be restored with the mod or is pretty much everyhing back in order? Thank you.

As far as I know, everything is back. In cutscenes plays Orchestral Score - music written for this game and, as far as I know, I wasn't removed, all 50 tracks is still there.
