After i get the lockpicks with joe and steal the car the police radar starts and the game is getting stuck basically in slow motion ..then i realized also when i tried to use the mouse it wasnt working and i had to use controller..played this a year ago on my 1050 upgraded now and having these issues this time around..anyone seen this

In Mafia II this happen when fps are more than 100; only max 30 or 60 fps are recommended (so v-sync on and 60hz are recommended)

i thought this might be true becaiuse i had it at 120 but i tried moving to 60 and the mouse works but same issue game gets stuck when the police light you up
