The store page says that all the DLC is supposed to be included in the GOG version, including the Ripper car body. Try as I might, I cannot access either the Ripper or the DLC hood ornaments. How come? Is there a solution to that?

Edit: Nevermind. It turns out that you need to at least have reached Jeet's stronghold to get access to it. Good to know for anyone who might have been confused like I was.
