Can you put a link for patch 1.4 of the game.I do not know where to download it from altough some links take me to a page where there is no clear method of doanloading it.Thanks.

By the deep investigation and with the great help of @klei1984 I managed to get the full possible patching set for the M.A.X.2 version sold on GOG:

The site is in Russian but you will need no language knowledge to download. Just get consequentially 1.3r, 1.3 and 1.40 patches, and install them (copy-paste) in THIS strict order (i.e. first 1.3r, then 1.3, and then 1.40). Now you have the max possible updated version of M.A.X.2.
