Has anyone else had any trouble completing the mission where you must kill the classified plane? I have killed the plane but the mission didn't complete. Is this a bug or am I just doing something wrong?

You are not the only one. I have kill-confirmed it twice, but no luck on the achieve. I'm holding off on playing more until the game updates - here's hoping my save is kept.

I checked the Steam forums and some people there are also getting this problem. There is a fix for the bug but it is only available for Steam users with a beta patch. Hopefully the devs are prompt and release an official patch for all versions of the game soon. I'm really looking forward to checking out the urauser.

A few months down the line and still no patch. I really love this game, but I just can't condone this sort of behavior from the devs. I guess this game was just 'fire and forget' :|

It's pretty pathetic. I made a post on the Steam forums and the developer only said there 'may' be a patch soon even though there is a fix for Steam users. Considering the bug makes it impossible to fully complete the game, an official patch should have been available as soon as the fix was made. Hell, even owners of the Vita version of the game are having this issue. It seems to Vlambeer if you are not a Steam user with a Steam version of their game, you do not matter.

I love this game but Vlambeer's lack of concern for ALL of their customers has hurt their reputation permanently in my eyes.

I understand this game is supposed to be "simple" and such but couldn't the devs at least fix this kind of stuff ?

The irritating detail is the fix came out just days after the game was released... on Steam. The devs have not made the effort to release a full update to all platforms as they told me they were doing (I'm also on the Steam forum). Maybe it is worth trying to pressure them again about this. I love this game. I played the hell out of the flash version before the full version came out and I don't regret pre-ordering it and supporting the devs.

The fix is there, but only for Steam users. This is wrong and I expect better in this day and age from devs.

The dev has responded on Twitter as in fact, the bug mentioned in this thread still appears in the Steam version so both versions are on the same boat:

Well then Vlambeer, I'll never buy Nuclear Throne, at best I'll use a Steam gift code on my birthday or something, but I'll never buy.
Made that mistake with Luftrausers and found out I was not part of their intended audience because I didn't hate the ideas behind GamerGate.
Fooled me once, etc.
