There is an unofficial 3.02 patch for LOMSE

I'd like to use it mainly to fix the major Pegasus bug, though I don't mind the other bugfixes it mentions too.
However, I'm not a fan of enhancements. Does anyone know if the enhancements provided by the game, like the expanded unit information panel and revised game menus can be switched off? Alternatively, is there a way to fix the Pegasus bug (and optionally the other bugs mentioned in the patch), without the patch?
