The error code is this...

The requested operation requires elevation "
It happens EVERY TIME I try to load it, no matter how I do it, even with all the updates on my computer installed. I LOVED this game since I was a kid and all I want to do is play it. The scroll speed is RIDICULOUSLY FAST when I try to play, and makes it near impossible to play, but only happens during the game play; the battles and showing the map...the start menus i.e (clicking on type of character) works fine though, just the actual game play is screwed. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated...thanks!
