On some French dudes' youtube vid, he beats the bouncer/door guard and out pops the key to enter the bosses' room. Not happening for me. Any ideas?

I remember that this exact problem happened to me decades ago with a illegal copy. Went to the shop to buy the PC version of LBA2 and it was solved. IDK it is happening to you because this GOG copy is a legit one :S

I'm assuming you mean in the bar rather than in the casino. In the bar it's random which of the three guards contains the key.

In the casino the key will come out of the slot machine if you spin the wheel enough times, it normally spits out money first a few times though

Haha, this looks cool! I just saw a similar situation.
Where do you guys play ? I play on gangnamholdem.org which my cousin recommended to me, and I like it very much. He knows a lot more than I do, but I'm learning and getting better and better every day.
This photo is quite poor quality, however I was able to make out the outline on it, but it was difficult, haha
Friends, as you passed the next level, I still can not pass it.

For me, playing casino games is more than just entertainment.
