Trying to play this game I get rapid screen flickering. This is so bad it causes eye strain and headaches making the game unplayable. This is the only Gog game I have with this problem. I've got all the windows updates and the latest graphic card drivers. I've also used the bonus setup and tried reinstalling several times and running as administrator.

It seems likely this is a video card issue but I've run out of ideas.

Any suggestions on workarounds or fixes ?

Turns out to fix this all I had to do was override application settings for anti-aliasing.
How did you do that?

For an AMD card just right click on your desktop and open catalyst control center its under gaming. Sorry for an Nvidia card no idea but I can't imagine its all that different.
Thank you!
Just a bit of advice for any Nvidia users - open the Nvidia control panel and set Lionheart to be run with Integrated graphics. Sounds obvious but altering anti-aliasing options won't work.
Alternative to greenhowies solutin would be playing with a mod such as Scion of Lionhert, that fixed the problem for me

i am having this same problem, i have tried to modify my nvidia graphics settings to "integrated graphics" for the lionheart application, but each time i start lionheart the flickering is still there and when i come back to the graphics settings, they have reset themselves to using the nvidia card... what the heck
